The staff, husband and wife team, are very nice and helpful. As I can't sleep on hard pillows, when I approached them about getting another one, the owner lent me his own pillow! The location couldn't be better!
It's a personal comment: my husband and I can't tolerate poly-cotton sheets very well. Therefore we felt hot and a bit uncomfortable.

I stayed 3 nights. My room was pretty new, comfortable e cleaned. The position is very good to visit the city center.

Very clean and tidy rooms. Nice staff, nice location just a few minutes from the Prado museum and Retiro park. Wi-fi internet access is fast and stable.
Everything was really fine. Oh, there is no elevator, but it's only second floor, so there is nothing to worry about.

Everything was perfect. It was the second time we had stayed in this hostal and are absolutely happy with it. No noise in the rooms, they are clean and comfortable.
Price is a bit high.
